About Me

          I’ve been dedicated to the mental health field since 1997, bringing over two decades of compassionate and expert care to individuals and families. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wayne State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology.

           With 15 years of experience working with Walnut Lake Preschool, I specialize in supporting young children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development. I have also spent over 10 years as a Case Manager in Macomb and Oakland counties, providing in-home support tailored to meet the unique needs of families and individuals.

           At Connected Life, I leverage my extensive background to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, defiance, social-emotional regulation, ADHD, academic struggles, and behavioral issues. My approach is rooted in the understanding that behaviors are meaningful communications, and my goal is to empower clients with practical strategies for growth and resilience.
